Hi, I recently went to see a physiotherapist for my feet. I have flat feet and painful arches – together this really causes me problems with my running. So the therapist helped me by creating an insole for my trainers. Great stuff – really helped. But this made me think – what about those sporty people out there who overcome the physical side of the injury but still find it difficult to move beyond the psychological barriers – negative thoughts, beliefs, avoidance, poor performance, and poor motivation!
