What is Life Coaching?
Although there are many definitions of what constitutes ‘life coaching’ – it often includes the following elements:
Reviewing your present situation and your present state of being.
Developing awareness – regarding your strengths, needs, and defining your short and long term goals.
Identifying what is holding you back – looking at the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be (your goals).
I will use some simple strategies and techniques to help you close the above gap – placing you in a position to plan to meet your goals.
I will provide you with some techniques for learning how to deal with negative thoughts and help you to prepare for mental blocks.
Together we will be forward looking. You will be enabled to make choices in your life – to be assertive!
Your will learn how to bring balance to your life and gain an overall sense of well-being.
